What do I need to enroll my dog?Download the attached forms. Print them out. Fill out forms completely, gather all necessary paperwork mentioned, and call Elizabeth at 713-520-7880 to schedule an appointment. Please read all forms carefully and thoroughly. Application must be filled out completely and the Temperament and Veterinary Agreements must be signed. Back to Topck to TopHow many dogs are enrolled in the daycare now? Will my dog get the attention he or she needs?Currently, Elizabeth has approximately 20-25 dogs per day. This allows her to have control over the group and more time for one-on-one with each dog. Back to TopWhat time can I drop my pet off in the morning? What time can I pick my pet up after work?You may drop your dog off any time after 7:00 a.m. You must pick your pet up before 6:30 p.m. Staff goes off duty at 6:30 p.m. and there will be a late charge of ten (10) dollars per fifteen (15) minutes for any pet remaining after 6:30 p.m. It's A Dog's Life, Inc. is not an overnight facility. Back to TopBack to TopDo you offer any dog obedience/training?Although we do not offer specialized training at this time, we do practice basic obedience on site. All dogs must meet the basic behavior requirements in order to be accepted into the program. Well-behaved dogs are a good influence on other dogs. . . . Back to TopHave you ever had a dog fight? How would you handle it?To prevent the risk of a dog fight, It's a Dog's Life, Inc. carefully screens and temperament tests every dog prior to enrollment. Aggressive dogs are not accepted into our program. Owners certify that their dog(s) have not harmed or shown aggressive or threatening behavior toward any person or any dog(s). Should, however, a dog jeopardize the well-being of another dog or staff member, that dog's membership will be terminated. Back to TopDo you board overnight?
