Fee: $10 every 15 minutes past 6:30PM.

are required for all dogs accepted into the program.

CHARGE for all NO SHOWS. (Dogs that have a standing
appointment must inform It's a Dog's Life to avoid this charge.)
**The daily rate with the monthly
package ranges depending on the amount of work days in the month.
For example, if there are 20 work days in the month, the daily rate would
be $22.50.
Application
Fill out forms completely, gather copies of all the necessary paperwork
mentioned, and call Elizabeth at 713-520-7880 to schedule an appointment.
It's a Dog's Life, Inc. does not charge an application fee.
Please read all
forms carefully and thoroughly. Application must be filled out
completely and the Temperament and Veterinary Agreements must be signed.
The Rules and Regulations is intended for informational purposes only, and
is not part of the paperwork we require. We recommend that you print
it out and keep it in your records.
